Meet Christgen

A few years ago, my wife and I moved to a new city and used an apartment locator for the first time. The process was way easier than I expected, and I remember thinking, I’d actually love doing this for people.

Fast forward a couple of years, and here I am—helping people find apartments in one of the coolest cities around.

I’ve been an apartment locator in Nashville for over two years now, and the best part of my job is that moment when someone walks into a place and just knows it’s the one. I focus on making the process stress-free and fun by handling the details, answering questions, and helping clients feel confident in their decision.

Because I’ve been on both sides of the process—as a renter and now as a locator—I know what actually helps and what just wastes time.

Outside of work, I’m all about good food, sports, and live music. If I’m not checking out a new restaurant or brewery, I’m probably glued to the TV on Sundays during football season.
